This letter agreement (“Agreement”) shall constitute the agreement  between ________________ (“Producer”) and ___________ (“you”, “your”), whose principal place of residence is _______________, with respect to your services for the feature length theatrical motion picture entitled  “_____________”  (“Picture”).

1.         Engagement:  Producer hereby employs you and you hereby agree to render artistic and professional services hereunder as Costume Designer on the Picture.
