CREDIT RIDER
If screen credits or any film based on the Literary Material (“Picture”) are controlled by the Writers’ Guild of America (“WGA”) Basic Agreement in effect at the time such credit is finally determined hereunder, Writer shall receive appropriate credit on screen in accordance with WGA rules then in effect. If the credits are controlled by and subject to WGA credit determination, and in the event of any dispute, the matter will be submitted to the WGA for arbitration in accordance with its rules applicable to non-WGA signatory entities and WGA members. If not under WGA jurisdiction, Producer agrees that Writer will receive credit (on screen, in paid ads, or otherwise) according to the provisions of the WGA Agreement, including size and placement of credit both on screen and in paid ads. If not under WGA jurisdiction and if the WGA chooses not to arbitrate the dispute, any dispute regarding credit shall be submitted by the parties hereto a binding
