LINE-PRODUCER AGREEMENT
This Agreement effective as of __________, 20__ by and between _______________ (“Company”) whose office is located at _______________________ and ____________ (“Artist”) whose address is ________________, for the line producing services of Artist on the motion picture tentatively titled “______________” (“Picture”).
1. CONTINGENCIES: Company’s obligations hereunder are subject to: (a) signature and delivery of this Agreement by Artist to Company; (b) Company receiving script approval from Company’s distribution partner; and (c) Company’s approval of the chain-of-title.
2. EMPLOYMENT: Company agrees to hire, and Artist agrees to perform, line-producing services in connection with the Picture.
3. SERVICES: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Artist shall render services as line producer for the Picture under Company’s direction and control.
