STILL PHOTOGRAPHER AGREEMENT
This agreement is dated as of _______________, 20__ (“Agreement”) by and between ______________ (“Artist”) and ______________ (“Producer”) in connection with the motion picture currently entitled “_______________” (“Picture”).
1. ARTIST’S SERVICES: Producer is engaging Artist render services as a still photographer, on the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, to take pictures/photographs/images (including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, electrical and/or video pictures/photographs/images, by any and all other similar technology or devices) (collectively the “Photographs”), to be used in connection with the distribution, exploitation, advertising, publicity and/or promotion of the Picture, including, but not limited to, use of the Photographs on DVD covers, soundtrack album covers, in EPKs, etc.
