A Confidentiality Agreement allows a producer to have a third party keep confidential certain information that may be acquired by the third-party providing rights or services to a production.  For example, the crew to a production may find out how the grand finale ends and the producer will want that information kept confidential.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement often called an NDA can also be used but it is a much more beefier agreement and the NDA is typically used when someone is given access to physical material that should remain confidential.
